TARIFF PLANS TERMS

Gamos Mobile Limited (we) provides users (you) with mobile applications — educational games for children, when purchased (downloaded) from AppStore or Google Play (Application Stores) it is indicated that these tariff plans are applicable to such a mobile application (hereinafter referred to as Application, Applications) on a reimbursable or free basis, and which are intended to be used «as it is».

This page informs the Application users on the tariff plans terms used in the Applications.

If you decide to use our Applications, you thereby agree to the tariff plans terms used in the Applications.

The Application can be downloaded for free. However, some of the functions and/or content of the Application (Premium Section of the Application) are offered by subscription or by fixed, separate one-time fee. You agree to pay any applicable fees (and any related taxes) on App Store as they become due.

You authorise Application Stores to charge applicable fees to the payment card you provide.

By taking out some certain subscriptions, you agree that each of your subscriptions may be automatically renewed. If you do not cancel your subscription less than 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, you authorise Application Stores to charge you a renewal fee. The auto-renewal period will be the same as the period of your initial subscription, unless other information concerning the Application is provided. The cost of the renewal will not exceed the price of the subscription for the period preceding the renewal, except for specially set prices and discounts, unless we notify you of the change in price prior to your automatic renewal. You must cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedure provided to you for this particular subscription. We do not refund any fees that may have been charged to your account, and we do not charge prorated fees for canceled subscriptions.

We can offer a free trial subscription to the Premium Section of the Application. The free trial period provides access to the Premium Section of the App for a limited period of time in accordance with the initial subscription terms. If you do not cancel your subscription to the Premium Section of the App before the free trial period expires or unless stated otherwise, your access to the Premium Section of the App will be automatically renewed and you will be billed with corresponding fees for using it. This is your responsibility to know when the trial period expires. We reserve the right to restrict your ability to take advantage of multiple free trial periods.

Subscriptions purchased from an Application Store are subject to the refund policy of that Application Store. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund, and if you believe you are eligible for a refund, you should contact the support team of this Application Store.

You are the one who manages your subscription. Your subscription can be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation procedure.
